The TEAM
Who We Are

Carlos Guevara
Founder
Carlos Guevara is a marketing leader and strategist with 17 years of experience helping businesses turn marketing into measurable growth.
His career spans brand strategy, digital marketing, lead generation, paid media, customer acquisition and marketing operations, including the past five years in Director-level leadership roles.
Throughout his career, Carlos has worked across industries and at different stages of business growth, giving him firsthand experience with a problem many small businesses face: marketing activity without a clear system connecting it to business results.
He founded TEAM — Toronto Experts at Marketing to bring senior-level marketing strategy and execution to ambitious small businesses that aren't ready—or don't need—to build a full internal marketing department.
Carlos's approach is simple: understand the business first, identify what is actually limiting growth, and then build the strategy, systems and execution around it.
No random tactics.
No one-size-fits-all packages.
Marketing built around where the business is today—and where it wants to go next.
KEVIN KANE
Founder
Kevin Kane is a marketing leader with experience spanning strategy, performance marketing, paid media, digital growth and client growth.
Having led marketing teams and strategies while also working hands-on across digital execution, Kevin brings a combination of strategic leadership, performance expertise and a practical understanding of how the pieces of a business's marketing actually work together — and where they often don't.
His approach is grounded in a simple idea: marketing should solve business problems, not create impressive-looking reports.
Kevin isn't interested in vanity metrics, activity for the sake of activity, or chasing whatever tactic happens to be popular that month. The starting point is always the same: what does the business actually need to achieve, what's standing in the way, and how do we get there?
That means focusing on the numbers that genuinely matter, being willing to challenge assumptions, and putting time and budget behind the things most likely to move the business forward.
Less noise.
Less marketing for marketing's sake.
More focus on what actually works.
